Online applications for the Biden administration’s new income-driven repayment (IDR) plan are now available for borrowers of student loans. A beta version of the Saving on Valuable Education (SAVE) plan’s website has been released by the Department of Education.
Many low- and middle-income borrowers should see a significant reduction in their monthly payments thanks to SAVE, which will also offer a quicker route to loan forgiveness.
