COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
Please email COVIDEIDLServicing@sba or call 833-853-5638 (TTY: 711) to reach COVID-19 EIDL Customer Service. gov, or send a message through the MySBA Loan Portal. COVID-19 EIDL Customer Service is open from 8:00 a. m. to 8:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday. Closed on all federal holidays.
Always remember to include your loan or application number and the reason for your request in the email subject line when sending an email to the SBA. Include your loan or application number, the reason for the request, the name of the business, the name of the applicant, and your contact details in the email body.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness
PPP is closed. For help with direct forgiveness, borrowers can contact the SBA at 877-552-2692, available from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. m. to 5:00 p. m. ET. Closed on all federal holidays. The call center can only assist direct forgiveness applicants.

Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) portal
SVOG is no longer accepting new applications. Current awardees can contact the SBA Disaster Assistance Customer Service center at 800-659-2955 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for technical support with the SVOG portal. m. to 11:00 p. m. ET, Monday to Friday. To use telecommunications relay services if you are hard of hearing, deaf, or have a speech impairment, please dial 7-1-1.

Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) award portal
RRF is no longer accepting applications. For assistance with the RRF award portal, current RRF awardees can contact the RRFs Post-Award Reporting Hotline at 844-279-8898. Closed on all federal holidays. Help with application statuses or applications that were not funded is not available from hotline staff.
